Country Club Village Townhome Owners Association offers a Automatic Clearing House (ACH) program through the HOA’s bank (UMB). Once you sign up, your HOA dues are debited from your account between the 3rd and 6th of each month in a bank to bank transaction. Any changes need to be into the HOA before the end of the month to allow UMB time to make the changes.

- Return the form.
- Attach a VOIDED blank copy of a check from the account on your form when you return it.
- UMB and the HOA will do the rest.
